Ethan Ellingwood

Growing up in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Ethan developed an appreciation for craftsmanship, hard work, and the unique character of well-built homes. That passion eventually led him to Charleston, South Carolina, where he began his career as a trim carpenter and discovered a love for building custom homes. Working on homes throughout Charleston gave Ethan a keen eye for the details that make each project stand apart. From thoughtful architectural elements to the precision of custom finishes, he enjoys seeing how every detail comes together to create a home that is both beautiful and functional. He believes the best homes are built with care, intention, and a commitment to quality at every stage of the process. Ethan and his wife moved to Charlotte in 2026 to build a life closer to her family. Today, he enjoys working alongside clients, architects, designers, and trade partners to bring thoughtfully designed homes to life while ensuring every project reflects the craftsmanship and attention to detail it deserves. When he’s not on a job site, Ethan can be found on the golf course, in the gym, cheering on his favorite sports teams, or tackling other projects around his home. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and discovering all there is to love about living in the Queen City!
